If for any reason we have not exceeded your expectations, you can return your online purchase in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us for authorization and we will provide you with a free return label. Refunds will be executed within 14 days of our receipt of the item. Please note, since our rings are each individually made to order, we can only accept one ring refund or exchange per order.
Exceptions: Custom orders and diamond eternity rings are eligible for exchange or store credit only. International orders are subject to a shipping fee. Purchases made with store credit, may only be returned for store credit.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations of in-process orders are processed as store credit.
To return an item, simply follow the procedures below:
- Let our representative know that you wish to return your order.
- Within one business day of your phone call or email, we will email you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
- Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.
- Your order should arrive in our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Numined Diamonds), or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Numined Diamonds is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments unless those shipments are sent with the airbill furnished by us and packaged as instructed.
Loose diamonds must also be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report provided, or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
